What you'll do
- Build partnerships with robotics providers, AI and edge computing firms, academic institutions, and industry groups
- Turn robotics concepts into pilots, deployments, and scalable enterprise offerings for facilities, logistics, and warehousing
- Coordinate 5G, edge, AI, and third-party robot management integrations for Robotics-as-a-Service
- Work with sales, product, network, engineering, and customers to define use cases and increase solution adoption
- Pursue industry opportunities, funding proposals, grants, and consortiums with government and industry bodies
What you bring
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, business, or a related discipline, with a master’s preferred
- Five to ten years across partnerships, business development, or enterprise technology such as telco, AI, IoT, or robotics
- Working knowledge of 5G, edge computing, IoT ecosystems, and enterprise deployment approaches
- Experience managing external partners and vendors, plus strong stakeholder communication
- Exposure to robotics, AI, computer vision, automation, or grant-led public-private work

Make an Impact by:
Partnership Strategy & Ecosystem Development
- Identify and establish partnerships with:
- Robotics solution providers
- AI and edge computing partners
- Academic institutions and industry organisations
- Structure and drive:
- Co-innovation programmes and joint initiatives
- Commercial and legal frameworks (e.g. MSAs, teaming agreements, NDAs)
- Build and manage a Singtel-led robotics ecosystem aligned with enterprise use cases
Solution Development & Commercialisation
- Co-develop enterprise solutions leveraging 5G + Edge AI + Robotics, including:
- Customer-facing robotics solutions
- Smart facilities management and inspection robots
- Robotics for logistics and warehousing operations
- Translate concepts into:
- Pilot projects (POCs)
- Deployments
- Scalable commercial offerings
- Support go-to-market initiatives with Enterprise Sales and Marketing teams
Platform & RaaS Enablement
- Position Singtel as a platform provider for Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS)
- Work with internal teams to integrate:
- 5G connectivity
- Edge computing
- AI platforms
- Third-party device and robot management systems
Enterprise & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with:
- Enterprise Sales / Account Managers
- Product, Network, and Engineering teams
- Engage enterprise customers to:
- Identify use cases
- Define requirements
- Drive adoption of robotics solutions
- Act as the bridge between business, technology, and external partners
Innovation & Market Development
- Track global trends in:
- Robotics
- AI, automation, and edge computing
- Identify new opportunities across key industry verticals:
- Logistics, healthcare, public sector, smart buildings
- Support participation in:
- Industry events and innovation programmes
Programme & Grant Management
- Drive collaboration opportunities with:
- Government agencies and industry bodies
- Grant and funding programmes
- Support funding proposals and consortium building with partners
Skills for Success:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5–10 years of experience in:
- Partnerships / business development
- Enterprise technology (telco, AI, IoT, or robotics)
- Strong understanding of:
- 5G, edge computing, and IoT ecosystems
- Enterprise solutioning and deployment models
- Experience working with:
- External partners and vendors
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Exposure to:
- Robotics technologies
- AI, computer vision, or automation
- Familiarity with public-private collaboration or grant-driven projects
