Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Moonshot Technologies, Wathoda, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440035, India ("we", "us"), for your use of growthroles.com and the growthroles connector service at mcp.growthroles.com, including its programmatic interfaces (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Services.

1. What the Services are, and are not

growthroles is an index of marketing jobs read from employers' own public hiring systems, together with pay data measured from those postings, and a connector that makes the same information available inside AI assistants. We are not an employer, a recruitment agency, a placement service, or anyone's agent. We take no part in hiring decisions, we charge job seekers nothing to view or apply to any listing, and applying always happens on the employer's own site, by you.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. The job board needs no account. The connector service requires signing in with Google and creating an API key. You are responsible for keeping your keys confidential and for all use of the Services under them; if a key leaks, revoke it at mcp.growthroles.com/settings. Information you provide must be accurate, and your account is for you — one person (or one organisation, for keys used by its systems).

3. Plans, billing, and what does not renew

The job board is free and needs no account. The connector service is paid; the current terms and prices are those shown at growthroles.com/mcp and again at checkout. A purchase buys access for a fixed period, charged once, in advance. It does not renew automatically: there is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel, access simply ends when the period does, and you are charged again only if you choose to buy another period. Prices may change; a change never affects a period you have already paid for. Taxes required by law are added where applicable.

All payments are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which gives you a full refund within seven days of purchase, no reason required, and a full refund at any time if the connector cannot be connected to your assistant.

4. Acceptable use

Use the Services for finding, evaluating, and applying to jobs, and for building tools that do the same for their users. Do not: (a) circumvent, probe, or overload access controls, metering, or rate limits; (b) share, sell, or pool API keys; (c) scrape the Services outside the documented interfaces, or republish or resell our datasets or pay benchmarks as your own; (d) use the Services for anything unlawful, deceptive, or infringing; (e) misrepresent your identity or your tool's identity to us or to employers. Automated use through your own agents is welcome within these limits; abuse that degrades the Services for others will be throttled or blocked.

5. Listings, pay figures, and no professional advice

Listings are read from employers' systems and re-checked nightly, so a role can close between our last check and your visit; the employer's own page is always the truth. Employer-stated pay is shown as published by the employer. Figures we mark as market measurements or estimates are our own calculations from real postings, shown with their sample size and date; they are context, not offers, guarantees, or financial or career advice. We do not guarantee that any listing is genuine, open, accurate, or will lead to a response, an interview, or a job.

6. Intellectual property

Job descriptions, company names, and logos belong to their employers; we reproduce them so you can judge a role, and we link to the source. Employers who want their listings removed can email us and we will remove them promptly. Everything else on the Services — the software, the site, our measured datasets and their presentation — belongs to Moonshot Technologies or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Services within these terms; no other rights are granted. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation.

7. Third-party sites and services

Apply links lead to employers' sites, and sign-in uses Google. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply once you are there. We are not responsible for third-party sites, and a listing here is not an endorsement of the employer.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect and your rights over it. It is part of these terms.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Services at any time and delete your account by revoking your keys and emailing us. We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these terms, harms the Services or others, or that the law requires us to end — where practical, with notice and a chance to fix the problem first. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 5, 6, 10, 11, and 12) survive termination.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data is complete or current.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of opportunity (including any hiring outcome), arising from or connected to the Services; and our total aggregate liability for all claims in any twelve-month period is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Services in that period, or ₹1,000 if you paid nothing.

12. What these terms cannot take away

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for fraud), and nothing reduces rights that consumer-protection law gives you and does not allow to be waived. Where a term here conflicts with such a right, the right wins to that extent.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any non-waivable consumer right to sue elsewhere, the courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the Services. Before going to court, write to us — most problems are fixable in one email.

14. Changes to these terms

When these terms change materially, the change appears on this page with a new date, and for account holders we will make the change reasonably visible before it applies to you. Continuing to use the Services after a change takes effect means you accept it.

15. General

If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer this agreement; we may transfer it as part of a reorganisation or sale of the business, with your protections intact. These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cancellation and Refund Policy are the entire agreement between us about the Services.
