Are these jobs actually open?
Every listing is rechecked against the employer's own hiring system every night. When a role comes down there, it comes down here. Nightly, not instant. Last read Sep 15, 2026.
Where do the jobs come from?
Straight from the employers' own hiring systems: Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, SmartRecruiters and Workable. Never scraped from other job boards, so no reposts, no duplicates, no ghosts.
What is a connector? I am not technical.
A small setting inside your AI app that gives it a new ability. You paste an address and a key into a form, once. Nothing installs on your computer. If you can fill in two fields, you are technical enough.
Why not just ask my AI to search the web for jobs?
Web search hands it job board pages: stale copies, reposts, listings that closed weeks ago. It cannot tell open from closed. growthroles hands it the live listings themselves, checked against the employer last night, in a form it can read all at once.
Which AIs does it work with?

Why not just use LinkedIn or Indeed?
Use them too. They hold far more jobs than we do, across every discipline. The difference is what your assistant can do with them: neither hands your AI the live listings, so you are back to opening tabs and reading one at a time. We hold marketing roles only, read from employers' own systems every night, in a form your assistant reads all at once and ranks against your CV.
What if the first list misses?
Say so in the chat. More senior, only B2B, skip agencies, remote only. It searches again while you watch; each refinement costs seconds, not another evening.
What if it does not work for me?
Refund within seven days, no questions asked. And if it will not connect to your assistant at all, we refund it whenever you tell us, window or no window. You are paying before you can try it, so that risk is ours.
Why do some roles not show pay?
16,729 of the 61,634 open roles carry pay the employer stated themselves. The rest never published one, and we will not guess. Say "stated pay only" and it filters.
Does it cover jobs outside the US?
Yes. Marketing and sales roles worldwide, with the deepest coverage in the US, UK and Europe. Ask for any city or country and it filters.
Do you see my resume?
Never. It stays in your chat. Nothing is uploaded to us, so there is nothing for us to keep.
What do you store about me?
Your email and the jobs you clicked apply on, so it can tell you when one closes. Delete both any time.
Is my key safe?
Treat it like a password. It is stored hashed, shown to you once, and you can revoke it and mint a new one in settings whenever you like.
Will it apply for me?
No. Your AI drafts, you submit on the employer's site. What you build on top is yours, agents included.
