We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to delight target consumers, build strong brands and generate outstanding brand building results. You will drive consumer-centric marketing strategies, lead innovation and renovation initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate sustainable brand growth.
A Day in the Life of a Senior Brand Manager

Identify target consumers through consumer insights, market attractiveness and ability to win, and translate these into opportunities for KitKat.

Develop and strengthen the Brand Essence in alignment with regional and global brand strategies.

Partner with Commercial and Customer teams to understand shopper behaviour and develop engaging shopping experiences.

Develop brand portfolio strategies, pricing and promotional plans across key channels and customers.

Lead Bigger, Bolder and Better innovation and renovation initiatives for the brand, from ideation through successful commercial launch.

Develop and execute integrated brand and ICP plans aligned with the Market Business Strategy (MBS).

Manage KitKat's brand performance, health and investment priorities, including PFME and TTS optimisation.

Lead the development of OBIs, Big Ideas and consumer engagement strategies to deliver rewarding and memorable brand experiences.

Partner with communication agencies to develop and execute impactful brand campaigns that strengthen the brand's position with consumers.

Work closely with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Consumer Insights and Digital to deliver brand objectives.

Lead, coach and develop team members while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration.
What Will Make You Successful

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in Marketing and 2 years in another function, ideally Sales, within Nestlé or a leading FMCG organisation.

Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams.

Experience leading at least one product launch from ideation through commercial launch.

Strong brand management, consumer marketing and innovation capabilities.

Experience managing and growing established brands within a competitive FMCG environment.

Strong commercial understanding with the ability to translate consumer insights into business opportunities.
