  • Build funnels, UGC campaigns, and news hooks.
  • Produce template-level visual content in Figma.
3. Creative Production Coordination
  • Act as creative producer for outsourced video content.
  • Define formats, draft scenarios (with the copywriter), brief production teams, and manage approvals.

  • Define briefs and quality-control external outputs for tone and messaging consistency.
5. Student Content Coordination
  • Manage student contributors who help produce content.
  • Assign tasks, review outputs, and maintain quality standards.
6. Analytics & Reporting
  • Track content performance using analytics tools (Looker Studio, native platform analytics, or equivalent).
  • Analyze engagement data, identify high-performing formats, and adjust content strategy accordingly.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field; relevant digital marketing/SMM certifications are a plus.
  • 2–4 years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital communications; experience in education, EdTech, or mission-driven organizations is a plus.
