La mission chez notre partenaire
Afin d'accompagner le client tout au long de son contrat Klixi, vos missions seront :
- Création de sites
- Préparation de publications pour les réseaux sociaux
- Mise à jour des sites de nos clients
- Support client par chat, email, téléphone
- Prise en charge des éventuels problèmes et suivi jusqu'à leur résolution complète
- Formations clients à nos outils
Le profil
Les qualifications requises pour ce poste d'alternant(e) sont les suivantes :
- Excellent relationnel (orthographe + oral)
- Culture web est un plus
