As a key member of our regional partner acquisition strategy team, you will drive commercial success across foodpanda, foodora, and Yemeksepeti. Where do we need more supply? How can we acquire and retain the right partners? How do we optimise commission revenue while supporting sustainable growth? As Senior Specialist, Partner Acquisition Strategy, you will address these questions by shaping active inventory growth and acquisition revenue strategies across 16 markets.
You will develop scalable growth frameworks for restaurants, Q-Commerce, and local shops, alongside regional commission strategies and governance. Working closely with regional and local teams, you will combine strong stakeholder management and analytical skills to turn growth opportunities into actionable plans.
Main Responsibilities:
Active Inventory Growth Strategy: Drive regional active inventory growth across restaurants and shops through acquisition, retention, and reactivation. Identify supply gaps, growth drivers, and improvement opportunities at country, state, and city levels.
Shops Growth & Retention Framework: Adapt the restaurant active inventory framework to Q-Commerce and local shops. Assess category and vertical performance, prioritise supply gaps, and develop a shops retention strategy with regional counterparts.
Revenue Strategy & Governance: Optimise commission revenue from new restaurant and shops acquisitions through approval rules, compliance thresholds, and monitoring. Develop tailored commission proposals, including tiered structures, for priority partners.
Cross-Market Implementation: Work with local markets to implement active inventory and commission strategies, ensuring regional consistency while accommodating local market dynamics.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with regional counterparts, country heads of sales, and commercial directors to align priorities and secure buy-in for strategic initiatives.
Data Analysis, Modelling & Forecasting: Build models and forecasts to guide active inventory growth. Analyse acquisition, retention, churn, reactivation, and commission performance to identify opportunities, assess risks, and inform decisions.
Support Local Execution & Commercial Enablement: Equip teams with insights, frameworks, and tools to execute strategies and close performance gaps. Streamline processes to improve active inventory growth and commission compliance.
Minimum 6+ years of experience in sales operations, commercial strategy, or process improvement, in a multi-country or regional role.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets, build models and forecasts, and translate findings into actionable insights. Proficiency in SQL, BigQuery is a bonus.
Experience building scalable solutions across markets, enabling AI tool adoption, and working with automation tools such as Google Apps Script is a bonus.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office Suite applications.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels.
A proactive mindset to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions that enhance commercial performance and sales team productivity.
Experience working across multiple countries or regions, with a strong understanding of diverse market dynamics.
