Primary Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform using both low-code (e.g., Flow Designer, ServiceNow Studio) and pro-code (e.g., JavaScript, Angular) approaches.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and global stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including CSM, ITSM, ITOM and others to meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and other platform components.
- Develop detailed architecture, design, and coding standards for the development teams to follow. Lead design and code walkthroughs.
- Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and other integration tools.
- Automate business processes and tasks using ServiceNow's Flow Designer and other automation capabilities.
- Manage data access and integration between scoped applications and global database tables within the ServiceNow platform.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, along with 8+ years of ServiceNow design and development experience.
- Experience in developing ServiceNow solutions and technical design documents from business requirements.
- Demonstrated experience leading the design and delivery of CSM solutions across case management, knowledge management, portals, document management, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of scripting and/or programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, HTML, CSS, REST integrations.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and/or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
- Experience establishing and promoting Automated Test Framework (ATF) best practices, including the development and maintenance of automated regression test suites
