Key responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed sales targets through channel partners, pipeline management, negotiation, and deal closing.
Conduct client needs analysis and deliver compelling presentations to demonstrate Cartrack’s solutions and value proposition.
Develop tailored commercial proposals and pricing structures, negotiate terms, and close deals to maximize sales conversion.
Acquire new customers through channel partner and referrals.
Prepare and submit monthly sales forecasts, monitor pipeline progress, and ensure accurate revenue projections.
Leverage CRM to manage sales pipelines, track conversion rates, monitor sales performance, and ensure consistent follow-up until deal closure
What we're looking for:
Minimum 4 years of partnership, sales, or channeling in the automotive, fleet management, logistics, or other vehicle commercial industries.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships, follow up on sales opportunities, and drive conversion through effective pipeline management.
Proven track record of converting qualified leads into customers, and successfully closing commercial deals
Strong sales closing skills, with the ability to manage the sales process from initial engagement and needs analysis through negotiation and deal closure.
Established network and database of contacts across automotive, logistics, transportation, mining, and other fleet-related industries.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers and senior-level stakeholders.
Strong negotiation and commercial acumen, with the ability to develop tailored solutions and pricing proposals that meet customer needs and business objectives.
Proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented, with a strong focus on sales performance, revenue generation, and business growth.
