What you'll do
- Build Hitachi and YORK brand plans around business goals and global guidelines, using market, customer and competitor insights to shape positioning
- Run campaigns across digital, PR, social media, events and sponsorships, keeping brand presentation aligned across channels
- Help bring products to market through launches and activation work, coordinating with the relevant teams
- Direct agency and business partner work and marketing spend, then track campaign and brand results against KPIs
- Coordinate with Sales, Product Management and Communications so brand activity supports business priorities
What you bring
- At least five years in brand management, marketing or marketing communications
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications or a related discipline
- Hands-on experience with campaigns, agency relationships and projects involving multiple functions
- Strong command of brand strategy, positioning, digital channels and integrated marketing communications
- Very good spoken and written English

We are looking for a Brand Manager to strengthen the market presence of Hitachi and YORK brands in Türkiye and support their growth within the Bosch Home Comfort Türkiye portfolio.
- Develop and implement brand strategies for Hitachi and YORK in alignment with business objectives and global brand guidelines.
- Strengthen brand positioning, awareness and equity through market, customer and competitor insights.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing and communication activities, including digital campaigns, PR, social media, events and sponsorships.
- Ensure consistent brand identity and communication across all relevant channels and customer touchpoints.
- Support product launches, go-to-market strategies and brand activation initiatives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage external agencies, business partners and marketing budgets to ensure effective execution of brand activities.
- Monitor brand performance and campaign effectiveness through relevant KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Communication and other functions to align brand initiatives with business priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in brand management, marketing or marketing communications.
- Strong knowledge of brand strategy, positioning, digital marketing and integrated marketing communications.
- Experience in managing marketing campaigns, external agencies and cross-functional projects.
- Strong analytical thinking, creativity, communication and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands, stakeholders and priorities effectively.
- Very good command of written and spoken English.
- Experience in HVAC or other technical B2B/B2C industries is an advantage.
