Who this fits

You’ll work remotely from Argentina as a contractor, serving US and LATAM markets. This suits a hands-on marketer who is comfortable with autonomy, direct leadership access, and a fast-moving environment where the growth process is still being built.

From the employer

Workana is the largest remote work platform for talent in Latin America. Through Workana Premium, we connect exceptional professionals and teams with leading companies across the US, LATAM, and global markets.

We are rebuilding how we approach growth across the US and LATAM, and we are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to help us generate a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities. This role will work directly with the leadership team, with strong visibility into the full commercial funnel.

The main objective is clear: generate qualified leads and help convert them into commercial pipeline.

Role Overview

As Marketing Manager, you will own key parts of Workana Premium’s growth engine, with a strong focus on lead generation, content distribution, storytelling, and commercial funnel performance.

This is not a role for someone who only manages marketing activities. We are looking for someone who has personally built demand, tested acquisition channels, created compelling content, and turned marketing initiatives into qualified sales conversations.

You will be expected to understand what is generating demand, what is not working, where prospects are getting lost, and what we should test next.

Responsibilities

  • Lead qualified demand generation initiatives across US and LATAM markets.
  • Identify target audiences, understand where they spend time, and test acquisition channels to generate relevant commercial conversations.
  • Own lead generation goals with a focus on quality, conversion, and pipeline impact.
  • Create and distribute strong content across channels such as LinkedIn, email, partnerships, communities, events, and customer stories.
  • Turn business ideas, market trends, customer stories, and leadership perspectives into clear, simple, and compelling content.
  • Support sales with outbound campaigns, messaging, prospect research, email sequences, and reactivation initiatives.
  • Help maximize the value of events, dinners, conferences, and in-person activations through attendee targeting, pre-event engagement, and post-event follow-up.
  • Analyze lead sources, channel performance, funnel conversion, and drop-off points to guide marketing decisions.
  • Work closely with the C-level team to test new ideas, refine positioning, and build a repeatable growth engine.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of B2B growth marketing experience.
  • Proven track record personally generating qualified leads, not only managing marketing plans.
  • Strong experience with lead generation, content distribution, and storytelling.
  • Ability to explain which channels worked, what was tested, and how marketing efforts became sales pipeline.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to turn rough ideas into clear and compelling content quickly.
  • Comfortable working independently in a startup environment where the playbook is still being built.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to make decisions based on data without waiting for perfect dashboards.
  • Experience selling or marketing to HR, Engineering, Product, Sales, Customer Success, or senior business decision makers.
  • Experience in staffing, talent, SaaS, professional services, or B2B marketplaces is a strong plus.
  • Experience targeting US and LATAM companies is a plus.

Benefits

  • Unlimited PTO.
  • Competitive compensation in USD.
  • Fully remote work.
  • Direct access to the leadership team.
  • Strong visibility into the commercial performance of the business.
  • A differentiated product and a large existing talent ecosystem.
  • Autonomy to test ideas and build the growth engine.
  • Fast-moving environment where good ideas can be tested quickly.
  • Career growth with international exposure and dynamic projects.
