Role brief

growthroles summary, based on the employer's posting.

What you'll do

  • Find and bring on partners, starting with creators, thought leaders and experts for the ambassador program
  • Lead partner deals from first conversation through signature, negotiating terms and handling objections yourself
  • Manage a high volume of live negotiations, tracking each deal’s economics, range, next step and escalation point
  • Create playbooks for recurring partner types and objections so deals can progress with less hands-on work
  • Expand into ecosystem deals and other partnership types as the role develops

What you bring

  • You have personally led many commercial negotiations and can explain the leverage, concessions and final deal economics
  • You can show examples of improving terms, pushing back on demands or choosing to walk away
  • You have built AI-based workflows or automations to prepare for, run and track negotiations
  • You have managed many external conversations at once without losing pace, context or commercial judgment

Who this fits

This role suits a hands-on negotiator who can hold their position with prominent creators, agents, founders and larger companies. The initial focus is the ambassador program, with scope to expand into ecosystem partnerships. The job is based onsite in Warsaw.

From the employer

About Viktor

Viktor is the AI employee that lives in Slack and Microsoft Teams, connects to thousands of tools, and does the work: reports, dashboards, code, campaigns. Our mission is to give every company an AI employee.

The team is small. The scope is not.

The Short Version

You own Viktor's partner deals from the first real conversation to a signed deal and beyond. This is a commercial role: you negotiate every day with creators, agents, agencies, founders and executives at companies far bigger than us, and you get Viktor a great deal that the partner still wants to repeat.

What's Actually Going On Here

Our partner base is already over 1,000 and growing: creators, agencies, thought leaders, events and ecosystem partners. Opportunities are coming in faster than we can handle them. Your first focus is scaling the Viktor Ambassador Program: creators, thought leaders and subject-matter experts on LinkedIn, X and YouTube first, then Instagram and TikTok. Over time the role grows into ecosystem partnerships and new kinds of partnership we haven't built yet.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Find and activate new partners.

  • Own negotiations end to end: know what we want from every deal, plan the path to it, and push for the best commercial result.

  • Handle objections, changing requirements and new demands without escalating unless it really needs a second person.

  • Run hundreds of negotiations at once, with AI doing the predictable work, and know when a deal is inside agreed limits and when a person needs to step in.

  • Build negotiation playbooks so deal volume can grow far beyond what one person normally handles.

How You'll Know It's Working

  • By day 90 you run the negotiation pipeline yourself, and the Head of Partnerships joins only the deals that pass agreed escalation limits.

  • Every active deal shows its target economics, negotiation range, next step, open objections and escalation rules in one place.

  • Playbooks for common partner types and objections move deals forward on their own until a person needs to decide.

  • You can point to deals where your negotiation improved price, rights, commitments, distribution or length.

Who You Are

  • You've personally led many commercial negotiations and can walk us through the hard ones: starting positions, leverage on each side, concessions asked for and given, and the final economics.

  • You go for a great deal, not just a signed one, and you have examples of pushing back, changing an offer or walking away.

  • You're comfortable across the table from founders, top creators, agents and companies much larger than Viktor, and you don't give in because the other side is bigger.

  • AI is a core part of how you work. You've built your own workflows or automations to prepare, run and track negotiations.

  • You've kept many external conversations moving at once without losing context, pace or commercial discipline.

Probably Not a Fit If

  • You talk about trust and stakeholders but can't explain the economics of the deals you negotiated.

  • You pass every new partner demand back to your team instead of challenging, trading or solving it.

  • You steer away from tension, hard conversations or walking away.

  • You design partnership frameworks but have little proof of getting deals signed yourself.

Even Better If

  • You've done partnerships or business development at a fast-growing tech company.

  • You've worked with creators, influencers, talent, media, agencies or ecosystem partners.

  • You've built a partnership program from scratch.

The Hard Part

Volume is high and the company moves very fast. Partners, and sometimes our own team, change requirements or add new demands. There is often no playbook, and sometimes the other side is much larger, richer or more famous than Viktor. You still find the leverage, defend our position and close deals both sides want to grow.

Why This Role Is Different

You don't inherit a mature partner team. You build, with our Head of Partnerships, the commercial machine that can one day support thousands of partnerships, working with top people and companies at the center of AI.

How we work

Small team, high trust, low process. Decisions are made by owners, not committees. You will ship your first week. You will talk to users your first day.

We don't do alignment meetings or stakeholder syncs. We build things, see if they work, and iterate.

Why Viktor

We're one of the fastest-growing companies in the world. The product works. The market is pulling.

This is a rare window: everyone here owns something real. Not a task. A surface of the company that customers depend on.

That doesn't last forever. Right now, it's still true.

Compensation

Top-of-the-market salary and the kind of ownership that only exists at this stage.

The best work happens when you're in the room. Munich, New York, Dublin, and Warsaw. Remote for some roles.
