About the Role
The Paid Social Media Specialist is an entry-level member of our marketing team, responsible for executing and optimizing paid social media campaigns. This is a great opportunity for individuals starting their careers in digital marketing to gain hands-on experience while collaborating with an experienced and supportive team.
Responsibilities
Execute paid social media campaigns following strategic guidance from senior marketing team members.
Create compelling ad copy and visual assets tailored to specific audiences.
Conduct A/B testing on ad copy and creatives to improve performance.
Monitor daily campaign spend and key performance metrics; recommend optimizations.
Analyze campaign results and provide regular performance reports and insights.
Contribute to quarterly planning and forecasting efforts.
Stay up to date on paid media trends and share relevant learnings with the team.
Handle administrative tasks related to campaigns, such as billing and documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Ability and familiarity with video editing for social content
Internship or relevant experience in digital marketing or paid social is a plus.
Familiarity with major platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Experience with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva is a plus.
