We’re hiring a social media manager to own all of our Hercules' presence across X, LinkedIn, and Instagram,.
What will you lead?
Channels: You will manage our X, LinkedIn, and Instagram accounts.
Content creation: You will create compelling content that converts and grows Hercules' brand
Account management: You will engage with customers and prospective customers and direct them to sales or support as needed
What skills do we expect you to have?
Proven track record growing organic social for a software product
Excellent writing and editorial judgment (hooks, clarity, voice, pacing)
Strong creative direction for short-form video (scripting, structure, creator guidance)
Comfort with analytics (what moved, why it moved, and what to do next)
Strong AI workflows for ideation, drafting, editing, repurposing, and performance analysis

Hercules founding team works in-office in San Francisco (Kearny and Bush). We have a very strong preference for in office. We are open to remote for exceptional candidates in US time zones who would be willing/able to travel to the office regularly.
