We are hiring a Content Developer to work in Annapolis Junction, MD. Position location is subject to change based on central MD client's needs.
Required: TS/SCI with a Polygraph
Description:
- Gather raw content and material from which the course(s) will be built.
- Determine what testing is appropriate to ensure students demonstrate required proficiency.
- Gather raw content appropriate for inclusion in the relevant courses.
- Review storyboards to ensure content is reflected appropriately
Individual Capabilities/Experience Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field is desired.
- Four (4) years experience in the content area(s) of the training to be developed/maintained.
- Experience shall be in at least one of the following areas:
- CNO operational duties
- Development of related training
- Instruction of related training
- Mentoring/technical leadership in related content areas.
Individual Capabilities/Experience Desired:
- Certifications in areas relevant to the training content areas are desired
