About the Role:

Statusphere is at the forefront of driving creator marketing innovation, offering scalable solutions for brands to connect with audiences in meaningful ways through authentic, human-generated content. Our Enterprise Sales team partners with some of the largest global brands, enabling them to leverage Statusphere’s unique platform to drive business impact with micro-creators at scale. The team thrives on creativity, collaboration, and results.

We’re seeking a driven Senior Brand Partnership Manager to join our team. The Senior Brand Partnership Manager (BPM) is responsible for hitting revenue goals, building relationships with key enterprise accounts, and helping clients drive business results on Statusphere through product consultation, education, and support. Success in this role requires strong sales skills, a strong partnership with your Client Success Manager (CSM), problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment.

In this role, you’ll expand your book of business by tapping your existing network of CPG brand and agency relationships to onboard net-new brand partners, while also growing existing accounts by mapping each organization’s structure and activating additional sub-brands and business units. You’ll develop and grow partnerships with Top 500 retail accounts, owning the full relationship lifecycle, from initial outreach and onboarding through ongoing partnership management, ensuring each brand’s creator content program continues to meet their marketing goals as the relationship matures. Success in this position comes from a proactive, relationship-driven approach and the ability to balance new-business development with deep, long-term account growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Onboard net-new brand partners by tapping your existing network of CPG brand and agency relationships, converting warm relationships into signed partnerships.
  • Map each enterprise account’s organizational structure to identify and activate additional sub-brands, business units, and portfolio companies, growing the relationship beyond its initial point of entry.
  • Own the full partnership lifecycle, from outreach and onboarding to ongoing account management, using a mix of in-person, phone, email, and virtual touchpoints.
  • Advise brand marketing teams on how to leverage their creator/UGC content programs to hit campaign goals, bringing a marketing manager’s understanding of brand guidelines, messaging, and content strategy, rather than managing creators directly.
  • Understand and plan around clients’ marketing cycles and campaign calendars, product launches, seasonal moments, always-on content needs, so creator content is delivered on time and on-strategy.
  • Develop and continuously improve playbooks, templates, and best practices for activating and scaling brand partnerships and their creator content programs.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date partnership and campaign records in HubSpot, using it to track deliverables, timelines, and performance across accounts.
  • Partner closely with your Client Success Manager (CSM) and internal creator operations teams to ensure a seamless experience for brand partners.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly revenue and account-growth targets.
  • Build strong day-to-day relationships with brand marketing stakeholders, acting as a trusted, long-term partner throughout the life of the engagement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5–8 years of experience in brand marketing, advertising sales, or brand partnerships, ideally at a major platform (TikTok, Meta, Amazon Ads, Google Ads) or agency, with a strong, marketing-manager-level understanding of creator/UGC content programs and how brands activate them.
  • Established rolodex of relationships with CPG brand marketers and agency partners.
  • Strong understanding of brand marketing cycles and campaign planning, product launches, seasonal calendars, always-on content strategy.
  • Experience building and maintaining playbooks, SOPs, or best-practice documentation for a partnerships or account team.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, ideally HubSpot, to manage partnership pipelines and track account activity.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple brand partnerships and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable working directly with brand marketing teams and translating creator/UGC content programs into their broader marketing strategy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in CPG, beauty, food & beverage, retail, or influencer/creator-economy marketing.
  • Familiarity with advertising and creator content programs across major platforms (TikTok, Meta, Amazon, Google).
  • Track record of scaling partnership or account processes as a team or client base grows.
  • Comfort using AI-powered tools (for content review, campaign reporting, or workflow automation) to work more efficiently.

Preferred Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Travel:

Typically, around 40% of travel, including both local meetings and extended multi-night regional travel. Remote environment. No special physical demands required.

What You’ll Get:

  • Work from anywhere – fully remote flexibility
  • Competitive base + bonus compensation structure
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance
  • Flexible Time Off, Sick Time, & paid holidays
  • 4% 401(k) match
  • Paid parental leave
  • Employee stock options in a fast-growing, well-funded company
  • Opportunities for growth & leadership in a fast-growing company
  • Collaborative, innovative, positive, team-oriented culture
