The position is based in Hyderabad and involves travel of up to a quarter of the time.

From the employer

Responsibilities:

  • Market Development & Strategy

  • Design-In & Account Engagement

    • Engage directly with key accounts (OEMs, EMS, design houses) to influence protection device selection at the design stage

    • Support field sales and rep channel with technical selling — including interface-specific protection recommendations, parametric comparisons, and application guidance

    • Own the design-win pipeline in Salesforce: maintaining opportunity hygiene, track design-in status, and flag risks or acceleration points to management

  • Sales Enablement & Collateral

    • Develop targeted sales tools: application notes, competitive comparison documents, product selection guides, and training decks

    • Conduct product and technology training for distribution and rep partners across the region

    • Participate in customer calls, rep reviews, and periodic business reviews with distribution partners

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering

  • 3–6 years of experience in semiconductor applications engineering, product marketing, or technical business development

  • Working knowledge of ESD/TVS & System protection principles and high-speed interface standards (USB, PCIe, HDMI, Ethernet, CAN-FD) is strongly preferred

  • Experience with the regional OEM/EMS/distributor ecosystem; existing account relationships are a plus

  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or equivalent pipeline management tools

  • Strong technical communication skills — able to present to both design engineers and procurement/business stakeholders

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience building data-driven market analysis is a plus
