About the role
Nexperia is seeking a technically strong Product Marketing Engineer to drive go-to-market execution for our Analog Products portfolio.
In this hands-on role, you will turn product and customer insight into field-ready sales tools, digital content, webinars, and competitive positioning that help global sales teams win new designs.
The role works closely with Product Management, Applications, Systems Engineering, Regional Marketing, and Global Sales.

This role is critical to translating product innovation into customer adoption. By creating clear technical messaging, launch content, and field enablement material, you will help accelerate NPI success, improve sales readiness, and bring customer and competitive insight back into the business.
Key responsibilities
Technical sales collateral and NPI launch content
- Create NPI launch collateral including GTM files, product briefs, selection guides, competitive comparisons, pitch decks, and application content.
- Build clear technical narratives around target applications, value proposition, key performance parameters, and design-in advantages.
- Partner with Applications and Systems Engineering to convert bench data, EVM results, and reference designs into sales-ready material, ensuring collateral, pricing guidance, samples, and field training are ready at launch.
Digital content and webinars
- Plan and deliver technical webinars and live training for sales teams, distribution partners, and customers.
- Create product videos, application demos, web content, and design-portal material that improve awareness and demand generation.
- Maintain Analog Products content on nexperia.com, including product pages, application landing pages, parametric accuracy, search discoverability, and engagement metrics.
Internal sales portal ownership
- Own and maintain the internal Analog Products sales portal.
- Keep NPI status, roadmaps, positioning, pricing guidance, videos, and collateral current and version controlled.
- Establish content governance, refresh cadence, and field feedback loops to close content gaps and drive adoption.
Market, competitive, and customer intelligence
- Engage with sales, distributors, and customers to understand where we win, where we lose, and why.
- Maintain competitive intelligence on parameters, packaging, pricing, roadmaps, and design-win activity.
- Bring actionable input on customer needs, portfolio gaps, and new product opportunities into roadmap and business reviews, while supporting design-in and design-win conversion on priority accounts.
Cross-functional execution
- Work with Product Managers, Applications Engineers, Systems Engineering, and Regional Marketing across the US, Europe, and Asia.
- Contribute to portfolio positioning, pricing strategy, and demand generation planning.
- Represent Analog Products at trade shows, customer technical reviews, and industry events.
What you will need
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years of semiconductor experience in technical marketing or applications engineering.
- Hands-on analog product knowledge, with the ability to read datasheets, interpret bench data, and translate performance into clear market positioning.
- Proven ability to create field-ready collateral, including selection guides, competitive benchmarks, application notes, launch material, and sales enablement content.
- Strong presenter and communicator for technical webinars, customer training, and collaboration with global sales, marketing, and engineering teams.
- Practical experience with digital content creation, web content management, design-portal publishing, and demand-generation support.
- Self-directed, organized, and willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Desirable
- Direct experience marketing Analog Products.
- Experience with sales enablement platforms, PIM, or CMS tools.
- Familiarity with competitive intelligence and parametric benchmarking.
- Experience working across global marketing and sales organizations.
