Who this fits

Role Overview
The Growth Marketing Manager will build and manage a measurable client-acquisition engine focused on turning marketing awareness into qualified employer inquiries and consultation bookings.
This is a hands-on, strategic role responsible for paid and organic marketing strategy across the full B2B growth funnel, from positioning and campaign execution to tracking, reporting, and conversion optimization.
The Growth Marketing Manager will work closely with leadership and a Content Marketing Specialist to align campaigns, messaging, creative direction, and content with client-acquisition goals.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Acquisition & Campaign Management
Build, launch, and optimize lead-generation campaigns, initially prioritizing Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, for employer-client acquisition.
Develop campaign strategies around priority services, ideal client segments, offers, and consultation-focused calls to action.
Test audiences, messaging, creative, placements, budgets, and campaign structures to improve lead quality and cost per lead.
Evaluate and recommend the role of LinkedIn, Google, and other paid channels based on performance and business goals.
Growth Strategy & Funnel Optimization
Develop an integrated growth strategy connecting paid media, organic social, landing pages, lead forms, and the client follow-up process.
Audit and optimize the conversion path from initial engagement through qualified inquiry or consultation booking.
Identify opportunities to improve positioning, offers, calls to action, and lead nurturing.
Use performance data to guide funnel improvements and client-acquisition priorities.
Organic Social & Content Direction
Own the strategic direction of client-facing Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn channels to build trust and support lead generation.
Develop monthly campaign plans, content priorities, and creative briefs in partnership with the Content Marketing Specialist.
Use leadership insights, service expertise, client stories, and thought-leadership topics to shape high-value content themes.
Align organic content with paid initiatives so both channels support broader client-acquisition goals.
Tracking, Analytics & Reporting
Set up and maintain campaign measurement across conversion events, pixels, UTM tracking, CRM handoff, and reporting dashboards.
Track marketing spend, leads, engagement, conversions, and campaign performance.
Provide regular reporting on results, key learnings, and recommended next steps.
Translate performance data into clear decisions, priorities, and recommendations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with leadership and the Content Marketing Specialist to align campaigns, messaging, priorities, and feedback.
Provide strategic creative direction without needing to personally produce every marketing asset.
Communicate marketing performance and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
Experience
4+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, paid media, performance marketing, or a comparable B2B marketing role.
Demonstrated experience managing paid social campaigns that generated qualified leads rather than focusing exclusively on impressions or engagement.
Experience marketing B2B, professional services, staffing, HR, consulting, or another trust-based service business is strongly preferred.
Experience managing campaigns across the B2B client-acquisition funnel.
Experience using marketing performance data to optimize campaigns and conversion paths.
Skills
Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including campaign testing, audience targeting, conversion optimization, and lead reporting.
Ability to develop and optimize lead-generation campaigns around qualified inquiries and consultation bookings.
Experience with tracking tools, Google Analytics, CRM systems, dashboards, and conversion-event setup.
Ability to implement and manage pixels, UTM tracking, conversion events, and CRM handoffs.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn campaign data into clear decisions and recommendations.
Ability to connect paid media, organic social, landing pages, lead forms, and follow-up processes into an integrated growth strategy.
Ability to develop campaign plans, content priorities, and creative briefs.
Ability to provide creative direction while collaborating with content and leadership teams.
Strong organization and ability to independently drive marketing initiatives forward.
