About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

As the Partner Sales Sr. Manager for AUE, you will be a pivotal leader driving our indirect revenue strategy, ecosystem growth, and strategic alliances within our highest-impact Energy, Utility and Automotive accounts. You will design, execute, and scale a world-class partner program that empowers channel partner and system integrators to accelerate market adoption of PACE’s solutions in the AUE sector.

This role requires a rare blend of strategic vision, AUE industry acumen, and a commitment to cultivating a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture. In this role, you and your team will actively leverage cutting-edge AI tools to automate routine tasks, analyze complex partner data, and hyper-personalize partner enablement material. You will lead the field to co-sell, build healthy pipelines, drive OSP and TSP growth and Hyperscaler growth. You will participate with AUE customer engagements to help them design and optimize their own partner-led strategies while ensuring continuous, positive software consumption.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI-Driven Strategy & Operations: Embed AI tools into your daily workflow and team processes—using predictive analytics to identify high-upside partners, AI-assisted content tools to scale GTM enablement collateral, and automated insights to track consumption health.

  • Enterprise Automotive, Utilities, and Energy Ecosystem Leadership: Own the partner sales strategy for the AUE segment, identifying and nurturing alliances that possess deep domain expertise in modern industry tech, supply chain, and field service.

  • Cultivate a Positive Team Culture: Build, mentor, and inspire a diverse, supportive team environment. Champion a culture of continuous learning, open feedback, and collaborative innovation (including upskilling the team on AI workflows).

  • Executive Engagements: Lead joint co-selling initiatives with Hyperscalers, GSIs, and ISVs—engaging directly with high-impact AUE accounts alongside partners to present unified solutions, accelerate sales velocity, and advise enterprise clients on designing their own partner-led strategies.

Enhanced Qualifications

  • AI & Tech Literacy: Comfort with, and enthusiasm for, integrating artificial intelligence tools (e.g., generative AI for communication/enablement, predictive forecasting tools, or AI-driven CRM workflows) into your management and sales cycles to unlock team efficiency.

  • Industry Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the automotive, energy, and utility industry landscape, including key challenges, technology trends, and the specific partner ecosystems that serve enterprise AUE clients.

  • Culture-First Leadership: A proven leadership philosophy centered on empathy, transparency, accountability, and fostering a positive, motivating team dynamic.
