From the employer

About Polymarket

Polymarket is the world's largest prediction market platform. We enable individuals to express views on real-world events by trading on outcomes across politics, economics, sports, culture, and current affairs. Built as a peer-to-peer marketplace with no centralized "house," Polymarket aggregates diverse opinions into transparent, market-based probabilities that reflect collective expectations about the future.

We're growing fast, both in terms of volume ($21B traded in 2025) and adoption as an alternative news source. Our ambition is to become a ubiquitous beacon of truth in global media and we need your help adding fuel to the fire.

About the Role

The Marketing team at Polymarket is responsible for telling the world what Polymarket is, why it matters, and why trading here is better than reading a poll. We work across growth, brand, comms, and product, and we move fast because the news moves fast. This role sits at the center of that operation: the connective tissue between what Product is building and how the rest of the company talks about it, ships it, and grows from it.

As Product Marketing Manager, you'll help craft go-to-market motion for Polymarket's product. That means helping shape the product and new feature launches: the positioning, the channel plan, the briefs, the timeline, and the readout afterward.

This is a high-ownership role with real surface area. You'll touch new market verticals, trading mechanics, mobile onboarding, rewards, and anything else Product ships.

What You'll Do

  • Own the GTM launch calendar end-to-end, keeping feature definitions, launch briefs, and ship dates current so Product, Marketing, and Comms always know what's coming, when, and who owns what.

  • Work with product to bring competitive intel and audience insight into decisions before they're finalized.

  • Write positioning and messaging for new features and market verticals, from one-liners and messaging hierarchies to copy direction for social, email, push, and in-app surfaces.

  • Help build and execute channel plans for each launch, working across Growth, Design, and Comms to make sure the right message hits the right audience at the right moment.

  • Track launch and campaign performance, report clearly on what worked and what didn't, and feed those learnings back into the product team and the next launch playbook.

  • Run post-mortems after major launches and translate findings into repeatable process improvements that make the next launch faster and sharper.

  • Compress full launch plans into short sprints when breaking news or live events demand it, without cutting corners on clarity or brand consistency.

What We're Looking For

  • Has owned at least one B2C go-to-market launch end-to-end, from positioning and channel plan through cross-team coordination and post-launch readout.

  • Writes sharp, specific product messaging. Can take a complex mechanic and produce a one-liner a first-time user understands in five seconds, then defend every word choice with user evidence.

  • Proven cross-functional operator who keeps Product, Design, Growth, and Comms aligned without becoming a bottleneck or a meeting adder.

  • Comfortable with speed. Has examples of compressing a multi-week plan into a short window around a live moment, and doing it without brand or compliance missteps.

  • Experience writing competitive positioning based on real market and user research, not instinct alone.

  • Strong written communicator. Launch briefs, messaging docs, and performance readouts are all part of the job, and they need to be clear enough that everyone acts on them.

  • (Plus) Genuine interest in news, sports, politics, or markets. Understands at a gut level why people trade on what they believe.

  • (Plus) Experience running event-driven marketing tied to live sports, elections, or breaking news moments.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary & equity

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Full Health, Vision, & Dental coverage

  • 401k match

  • Hardware setup: new MacBook Pro, big display, & accessories
