What you'll do
- Find potential SME, corporate, and partner clients, then contact them through calls, email, LinkedIn, events, and referrals
- Keep leads moving through a pipeline, assess their fit, and book meetings for senior sales colleagues
- Help prepare proposals, quotes, and pitch materials, while keeping lead and outreach details current in the CRM
- Attend industry events, roadshows, and partner meetings as needed, and meet monthly and quarterly outreach and meeting targets

• Identify and reach out to prospective clients (SMEs, corporates, and partners) who could benefit from our insurance solutions
• Build and manage a pipeline of leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and referrals
• Qualify leads and set up meetings for senior sales team members to close
• Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and pitch materials
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of leads and activity in our CRM
• Represent PolicyStreet at industry events, roadshows, and partner meetings when needed
• Hit monthly and quarterly targets for outreach activity and qualified meetings booked
Requirements
• Comfortable with cold outreach, ie: calls, emails, and DMs don't intimidate you
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin/Cantonese
• Organised and disciplined about following up, you don't let leads go cold
• Curious about insurance and financial services, or willing to get there fast
• Resilient; you're fine with hearing “no” and moving on to the next conversation
