What you'll do
- Find potential SME, corporate and partner clients, then contact them about insurance solutions
- Build a lead pipeline using calls, email, LinkedIn, events and referrals, and keep follow-ups moving
- Screen prospects and book meetings for senior sales colleagues to handle closing
- Help prepare proposals, pricing quotes and pitch materials, while keeping CRM records current
- Represent the team at industry events and partner meetings, and meet outreach and qualified-meeting targets

- You communicate in English and Mandarin or Cantonese
- You follow up reliably and can handle rejection while moving to the next prospect
- You’re interested in insurance and financial services, or ready to learn quickly
Who this fits
This role suits a fresh graduate who is comfortable with outbound prospecting and disciplined follow-up. It is based onsite in Kuala Lumpur, with attendance at events, roadshows and partner meetings when needed.

• Identify and reach out to prospective clients (SMEs, corporates, and partners) who could benefit from our insurance solutions
• Build and manage a pipeline of leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and referrals
• Qualify leads and set up meetings for senior sales team members to close
• Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and pitch materials
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of leads and activity in our CRM
• Represent PolicyStreet at industry events, roadshows, and partner meetings when needed
• Hit monthly and quarterly targets for outreach activity and qualified meetings booked
Requirements
• Comfortable with cold outreach, ie: calls, emails, and DMs don't intimidate you
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin/Cantonese
• Organised and disciplined about following up, you don't let leads go cold
• Curious about insurance and financial services, or willing to get there fast
• Resilient; you're fine with hearing “no” and moving on to the next conversation
