- Strong data analysis skills to spot trends and guide decisions and strategic initiatives

Formulate and lead the national accounts strategy, driving expansion across smartphone OEM, retailer, and distribution partners to optimize device-financing volume and commercial results.

Establish the success framework for the accounts function—setting benchmarks and KPIs that convert market and industry trends into measurable financing growth, portfolio quality, and revenue outcomes.

Orchestrate full-lifecycle account and channel initiatives through rigorous coordination, delivery, data review, and consistent reporting to executive leadership.

Govern the most strategic OEM, retailer, and internal partnerships nationally, anticipating and mitigating commercial and operational risks to safeguard mission-critical goals.

Represent national accounts performance to regional and global leadership, influencing senior stakeholders and shaping strategic decisions at the group level.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field from a reputable university (UI, ITB, UGM, or overseas).

8+ years of experience growing and retaining key accounts while leading a team to consistently exceed revenue targets.

Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is prioritized

Having experience in working with Major Chinese smartphone OEMs is preferred

Demonstrated previous experience in leading and managing an effective sales team, fostering a high-performance culture, and driving team engagement.
