About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and organized Social Media Content Specialist to create and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
You’ll turn provided topics, company updates, data, and ideas into graphics, short-form videos, captions, and social posts while keeping the brand consistent.
Key Responsibilities
- Create social media content from provided topics and briefs.
- Design graphics, carousels, charts, listing cards, and other visual assets.
- Edit short-form videos for social media platforms.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, headlines, and calls to action.
- Adapt content for different platforms and audiences.
- Schedule and publish content across all priority platforms.
- Repurpose articles, market data, customer stories, and product updates into social content.
- Maintain the content calendar and ensure posts are published on time.
- Monitor comments, trends, and engagement opportunities.
- Maintain consistent brand voice, visuals, and messaging.
- Review performance data and improve content based on results.
Required Experience & Skills
- Experience managing social media content for a brand, startup, or agency.
- Strong graphic design skills using Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Experience editing short-form videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or AI tools.
- Strong copywriting skills and ability to simplify complex topics.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Ability to adapt content style and tone for different platforms.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and deadline management.
- Ability to work independently and turn briefs into finished content.
- Comfortable using performance data to improve content.
