From the employer
About the Role
You are the Strategic Copilot to the GTM organization. You will build the RevOps engine from the ground up, aligning sales, marketing, and customer success data into a single, fluid machine. In our hyper-growth environment, fragmented data and broken workflows are the enemy of scale. You will act as a player-coach to a team of specialized ICs, while personally diving into our CRM to establish strict data hygiene, build predictive pipeline models, and identify conversion bottlenecks. You will author the definitive processes that allow our sales team to double in size without the operational infrastructure breaking.
Responsibilities
- GTM Tech Stack Architecture: Personally evaluate, select, and implement our core GTM tool stack (CRM, CPQ, sales engagement, forecasting tools), ensuring seamless integration and data flow across all systems.
- Predictive Pipeline & Forecasting: Build rigorous, data-driven forecasting models. You will establish the baseline metrics for pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales velocity, providing leadership with unimpeachable visibility into future revenue.
- Friction Removal & Automation: Continuously analyze the quote-to-cash process to identify operational bottlenecks. You will architect automated workflows that remove administrative burdens from the sales team, giving them time back to sell.
- Territory & Routing Design: Lead the complex data analysis required to carve out equitable, high-yield sales territories and implement flawless lead-routing mechanics globally.
- Performance Dashboards: Build the single source of truth for the organization, creating dynamic executive dashboards that track quota attainment, win/loss rates, and capacity consumption in real-time.
You May Be A Good Fit If You Have:
- 8+ years of deep experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems Architecture, ideally having scaled a tech/infrastructure startup through a phase of explosive growth.
- A proven track record of reducing sales cycle lengths, improving pipeline predictability, and successfully deploying complex CRM/CPQ architectures.
- Incredible analytical horsepower paired with high agency. You do not wait for leadership to ask for a report; you proactively dive into the data, find the hidden leak in the funnel, and build the system to fix it.
- A player-coach ethos. You are a strategic thinker who can design a global ops roadmap, but you are still highly proficient at writing a complex validation rule or building a custom dashboard yourself.
- Deep expertise in modern tech stacks (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay etc.) and strong relational database knowledge.
