Proposito:
- Responsable del posicionamiento y desarrollo de los mercados. Define la estrategia de marketing para fortalecer las ventas y la participación de mercado , asegurando el estricto cumplimiento del presupuesto. Como líder del equipo de Marketing, garantiza la adecuada colaboración entre los integrantes del equipo y la correcta comunicación con el equipo de Excelencia Operacional CX/PX y los equipos de Squad.
- Asimismo, es responsable de la gestión integral del presupuesto operativo de Marketing y busca garantizar la rentabilidad de todas las acciones implementadas. Finalmente, será responsable del P&L (estado de resultados) de su oferta local, con el apoyo del Manager Regional de Oferta de cada vertical estratégica.
- Además de su función local como Manager de Marketing Colombia, asumirá también la responsabilidad como Manager de Oferta (Offer Manager). Será responsable del portafolio de ofertas de Nexans, incluyendo productos y servicios, y tendrá a su cargo el P&L completo de su oferta en la región.
- En su gestión diaria, será responsable de desarrollar y consolidar el portafolio de ofertas replicables de la vertical, asegurando su crecimiento, rentabilidad y adecuada implementación en los mercados correspondientes.
