POSITION SUMMARY

Nestlé Vietnam is looking for a Content Studio Manager to lead and govern Content Studio 2.0, strengthening how content is planned, created, measured, and optimized across the business.

In this role, you will develop and execute the content strategy, coordinate agency and media partners, and drive high-quality, analytics-driven content delivery.

You will connect brand teams, internal specialists, and external partners to improve content performance, operational efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction while continuously evolving Nestlé's content ecosystem.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

As a Content Studio Manager, you will:

  • Lead, inspire and govern Content Studio 2.0, coordinating external studio talents and agency partners to deliver best-in-class content solutions.
  • Develop and implement the overall content strategy and coordinate in-market content creation across the studio, lead agencies, and Media Agency of Record.
  • Partner with relevant stakeholders to build accurate annual scope and resource projections for the Content Studio.
  • Work with Procurement to improve the studio operating model, staffing, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Manage communication and briefing channels with business units while maintaining healthy team capacity and resource utilization.
  • Create a continuous feedback loop between brand teams and studio partners to strengthen collaboration and output quality.
  • Provide consultation and support to build analytics capabilities, identify improvement opportunities, and spot emerging content trends.
  • Define, monitor, and report key performance metrics, then translate insights into content and process optimization.
  • Deliver measurable improvements in content quality, speed-to-market, content performance and overall studio effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with local, zone, and global stakeholders as well as creative, media, platform, social listening, social and influencer, search, and website partners.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL

  • More than 5 years of demonstrated experience in Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, Creative Operations, Content Studio, Social Media, or related fields.
  • Proven experience managing different types of content production and coordinating multiple agency or studio partners.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content best practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing principles, online media management tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical capability to interpret content, online media, and social media metrics and turn them into practical decisions.
  • Strategic and creative mindset with the ability to shape engaging content experiences across multiple channels.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a track record of planning and executing flawlessly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, influencing, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and work confidently with senior stakeholders and external partners.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, solve complex problems, adapt to change, and deliver under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in studio management is an advantage.
