About the role
As our Full Stack Senior Marketing Associate, you'll be the link between the Revenue, Product, and Design teams. You'll shape how we articulate value across our product and service lines, keeping messaging consistent and tailored to each buyer segment. You'll build and maintain the sales collateral that equips reps to sell—decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and case studies. You'll also help design top-of-funnel campaigns, track their impact, and partner with the CRO on cross-functional projects across the business.
This is a hybrid position at our HQ in San Francisco, CA.
In this role you will
Messaging & positioning: In partnership with Revenue Team leaders, distill how we articulate value across all our product and service lines — building the core narrative, tailoring the story to each buyer segment, and keeping messaging consistent and current as the business evolves
Sales Collateral: Equip the Revenue Team to sell. Work with Product and Design teams to build and maintain pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, case studies, and objection-handling materials, and onboard sales on new messaging and product updates, across multiple evolving lines of business
Marketing Campaigns: Design plays to fill the top of the sales funnel, track efficacy, and capture market product feedback with Revenue Team leadership.
Event Marketing: Work with revenue team leaders to optimize our presence at industry events.
Brand Strategy / Data PR / Thought Leadership: Coordinate with public-facing DSA, EPD, and executive team to maintain a content release calendar, and ensure that our best insights from our most proprietary data reach the right eyeballs.
General: Partner with the CRO on cross-functional projects spanning Revenue, Product, and Operations, keeping initiatives coordinated and moving. Be a highly flexible corporate athlete who finds gaps in the process and fills them
