About the Role:

As the product marketer who takes this role, you are curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about understanding our customers’ needs. You thrive in a truth-seeking culture and leverage data to bring clarity, foster internal alignment, and create differentiated messaging and positioning for the product. You enjoy being hands-on and are eager to help build a core marketing function from the ground up. You will partner closely with marketing, product, customer success, and sales leadership to translate our strategy into category-creating execution that effectively positions our product and sets our platform apart from the competition, driving product adoption and user growth. Your expertise in cloud technology and AI (from IaaS to inference), deep understanding of the developer audience, and eye for market trends will be instrumental in expanding our leadership position in the industry.

What You'll Be Working On:

  • Develop compelling messaging and positioning for a growing portfolio of Crusoe Cloud products and services that captures our differentiation and uniquely addresses customer pain points.

  • Lead product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy across key industry verticals.

  • Identify and articulate product and thought leadership narratives that land Crusoe’s vision and value with AI builders, platform teams, and technical leaders.

  • Collect and analyze customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market research to inform messaging, positioning, and product strategy.

  • Lead product launches and evergreen product marketing efforts to drive customer adoption, usage, retention, and expansion in partnership with Product, Engineering, Developer Relations, and Marketing teams.

  • Partner closely with Marketing and Product teams to measure and optimize product messaging and positioning, demand generation activities, and engagement across the customer journey to drive awareness, adoption, and usage.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • 5+ years of Product Marketing experience, ideally within AI/ML, SaaS, or enterprise software.

  • Track record of managing cross-functional projects and contributing to successful product launches, adoption initiatives, and integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.

  • Experience leading or supporting product launches, creating sales enablement materials, customer-facing content, and other go-to-market assets.

  • Proven success of driving awareness and adoption of Al and/or cloud-based products.

  • Deep understanding of the Al, and cloud platform, and infrastructure landscape, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.

  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • Passion for AI, machine learning, LLMs, and the audiences building and innovating in this space.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred.

  • A MBA degree with a marketing concentration is also strongly preferred.

  • Experience developing marketing strategy and materials for cloud technology and AI products is strongly preferred.

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $175,000-$215,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant's knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
