This role suits someone who can build community, make thoughtful content choices and balance planning with close attention to audience signals. The position is based in Salzburg or Vienna, Austria, and is offered as full-time work.

From the employer

At LOOP, performance on track and performance in social go hand in hand. We’re looking for a Social Media & Analytics Manager to support the full spectrum of social for a global motorsport brand — combining sharp creative execution with rigorous data analysis to drive impact at speed.

Golf is evolving, and so is its culture. At LOOP, we’re looking for a Channel Manager — Global Golfing x Automotive Community who lives golf beyond the course, understands community at its core, and is ready to push it further.

This role is about understanding what makes a community work — across both golf and automotive — and how to shape it over time. You’ll define how this community shows up, curating experiences that unite a global audience around the game and the drive behind it. From exclusive events to culturally relevant digital content, you’ll be the voice and heartbeat of the community. Operating at the intersection of tradition and what’s next, you’ll create a space where every member feels part of it — and part of what comes next.

Requirements

  • Shape and evolve a global Golfing x Automotive community — defining how it shows up across platforms, content, and experiences.
  • Develop and drive content strategies that reflect the culture of the game — balancing performance, lifestyle, and community-driven storytelling.
  • Curate and deliver experiences that bring the community to life — from exclusive events to meaningful digital moments.
  • Act as the central point of connection between community, client, and internal teams — translating insights into clear, relevant communication.
  • Set the tone and editorial direction of the channel, ensuring everything feels considered, consistent, and true to the community.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and production teams to bring high-quality ideas to life.
  • Read the community — identifying signals, behaviors, and opportunities to continuously evolve content and interaction.
  • Stay closely connected to the worlds of golf and automotive — understanding what matters, what’s emerging, and what resonates.
  • A genuine passion for golf and automotive culture, with a clear feel for the communities that shape them.
  • Strong instinct for community building — understanding what creates relevance, connection, and long-term engagement.
  • A sharp eye for content, both visual and written, with a strong sense of tone and detail.
  • Experience in community management, digital platforms, or content strategy — ideally beyond traditional social media.
  • Confidence in working across teams and stakeholders, with clear and thoughtful communication.
  • Ability to balance structure and instinct — managing complexity while staying close to the community.
  • Experience with CRM tools, newsletters, or community platforms is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/German) with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Benefits

  • 4-day Workweek: At LOOP you can choose between a 5-day or a 4-day workweek – and have the freedom to switch between these models twice a year.
  • Free Sports and Fitness: Yoga, fitness, climbing, tennis and more. LOOP covers the costs and gives you access to fitness studios and sports facilities across Austria or Germany.
  • +20% Vacation: We don’t believe there can be enough time to recharge, that’s why all our team members get +20% vacation days per year, we call it Sunny Hours.
  • 4000+ m² Office Space: Our loft space is part of our identity. An ideal environment for working, collaborating and finding inspiration — with an additional 600m² film- and photo studio.
  • 100% Hybrid Work: Home office or LOOP office space? It’s your choice every day, and you don’t even need approval.
  • International and Diverse: Team members from 40+ different nationalities in 7 locations, English as main language and a 55% female leadership quota.
  • And much more: Language Courses, Visa Support, LOOP.Horizon workshops and trainings, Klimaticket Contribution, Audiobook Library, Headspace App Subscription, etc.

At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 45,000. That’s our baseline for candidates who meet the key requirements. If you bring more to the table — deeper experience, sharper skills — we’re ready to reflect that in your offer. Our internal compensation framework is designed to keep things fair, structured, and clear.

So, if you are motivated to join the LOOP Team, we are happy to offer you a position as a Channel Manager - Global Golfing x Automotive Community in Salzburg or Vienna. We are looking forward to receiving your online application!
