What you'll do

What you bring
- At least five years in sales direction, head-of-sales work, or another senior sales leadership position
- Substantial retail sales experience, with furniture, mattresses, home furnishings, or a related category especially valued
- Strong understanding of Lebanese customers, competitors, and retail conditions
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline
- A record of building sales strategies, managing several branches, and leading sizable teams
Who this fits
You’ll suit a senior retail sales leader who can manage branch networks, coach managers, and make commercially grounded decisions. The role is based onsite in Beirut and covers sales operations across Lebanon. Regional or international experience is an advantage, while an MBA is also viewed favorably.

Sales Director
Location: Lebanon
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Director to lead and develop our sales operations across Lebanon. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail sales leadership, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to drive revenue growth while leading high-performing sales teams.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Director, Head of Sales, or in a senior sales leadership role.
- Strong experience in the retail sector is essential.
- Experience in the furniture, mattresses, home furnishings, or related industry is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of the Lebanese market, including customer behavior, competition, and retail dynamics.
- International or regional experience is considered a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- Experience managing multiple branches and leading large sales teams.
- Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's sales strategy to achieve growth and profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales management team and branch managers.
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and market trends, taking corrective actions when needed.
- Expand market share by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening customer relationships.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports for senior management.
- Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, pricing, and promotional campaigns across all branches.
