- Create and A/B test ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion rates
- Manage ad budgets and bidding strategies, and optimize campaigns to lower cost per lead and improve ROAS
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics 4
- Oversee content creation, brand messaging, and positioning across digital channels
- Manage social media presence, website content, and email marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with sales and leadership to align marketing efforts with business development goals
- Track and report on marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, or freelancers as needed

- Hands-on experience running and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Strong written and spoken English with a clear, professional, business-facing communication style
- Ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives and campaigns simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies. Applications without this experience will not be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience at a well-established BPO
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead generation
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
