Role brief

Growth Roles summary, based on the employer's posting.

What you'll do

  • Own the HubSpot relationship, including business reviews, pipeline sharing, data visibility, and seller introductions
  • Manage the HubSpot marketplace presence from listing and certification through activation and revenue tracking
  • Recruit and activate agencies, solutions partners, and SI resellers using repeatable network plays
  • Deliver HubSpot-sourced pipeline, Closed-Won revenue, and attributable partner influence
  • Turn account overlap into introductions, then run co-marketing, webinars, office hours, and seller activation

What you bring

  • At least six years in partnerships, channel sales, ecosystem go-to-market, or business development with pipeline ownership
  • Experience working within a major CRM or SaaS ecosystem, including marketplace and partner-program operations
  • A record of scaling partner recruitment and activation through repeatable plays
  • Working command of Salesforce, Crossbeam, and PartnerStack, plus fluency in segmentation, referrals, funnel economics, and account mapping
  • Technical confidence discussing integrations and translating platform limitations into commercial opportunities

Who this fits

You’ll suit an independent senior operator who wants to own the HubSpot ecosystem end to end and build repeatable partner motions. The role is remote within the United States and centers on direct accountability for pipeline, revenue, attribution, and partner activation. HubSpot experience is preferred, while Salesforce or a comparable ecosystem is acceptable.

From the employer

About Fundraise Up

We’re Fundraise Up - a global fundraising platform built to make donating to nonprofits fast, seamless, and accessible to all. Every month, our technology powers tens of millions of dollars in donations across the globe. We focus on innovation that directly impacts results: faster load times, higher conversion rates, global payment support, and accessibility-first design.

Our platform is trusted by many of the world’s leading nonprofits, including UNICEF, the Alzheimer’s Association, and a wide range of global NGOs. With a 4.9/5 rating across top software review platforms, we’re recognized not just for our impact - but for the quality of the product we deliver.

About the Role

One ecosystem, owned end-to-end, with a number attached.

HubSpot is the CRM a large and growing share of our mid-market and SMB customers use to run their fundraising. We have an integration, a marketplace listing, and a set of agencies and systems integrators already building on top of it. What we do not have is a formal motion.

You own the platform relationship, the program standing, the marketplace surface, the partner network, and the pipeline all of it produces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the HubSpot relationship: named counterparts across their ISV, partner, and field organizations, a fixed-cadence joint business review with a shared pipeline list, and resolution of the structural asks that gate everything else, including account-level data sharing, overlap visibility, and seller introductions.
  • Work HubSpot's partner-tier metric deliberately: know what they score us on, what the current gap to the top technology-partner tier is, and what closes it.
  • Own the app marketplace listing end to end, plus certification and any badge, directory, or featured-placement program, and track installs through to activation and revenue rather than reporting installs as an outcome.
  • Recruit, onboard, and activate HubSpot solutions partners, agencies, and SI resellers as a network with repeatable plays, concentrating your time on partners producing or credibly about to.
  • Carry targets for HubSpot-sourced pipeline, Closed-Won revenue, and clearly attributable influence.
  • Run account mapping and overlap discovery against the HubSpot base, and convert overlap into introductions with a named next step.
  • Launch repeatable sourcing plays with Marketing executing: co-marketing campaigns, webinars, partner office hours, seller activation, and targeted outreach into mapped accounts.
  • Instrument attribution so HubSpot-attached opportunities carry the ecosystem on the record, and bring a recovery plan when coverage, conversion, or win rate is off target.

At Fundraise Up, AI is a default tool, not an experimental one. We expect every team member to actively use AI in their day-to-day work, identify where AI can change the shape of problems in their function, and grow their fluency as the tools evolve. In partnerships that means using AI on partner research, account mapping, referral qualification, and play development.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 6+ years in partnerships, channel sales, ecosystem go-to-market, or business development with direct pipeline accountability.
  • Hands-on experience inside a major CRM or SaaS ecosystem, including its app marketplace and partner program mechanics. HubSpot strongly preferred, Salesforce or comparable acceptable.
  • A track record of recruiting and activating a partner network at scale through repeatable plays rather than bespoke management.
  • Fluency in funnel economics, partner segmentation, referral mechanics, and account mapping.
  • Enough technical literacy to hold an integration conversation credibly and translate platform constraints into a commercial case.
  • Operational command of Salesforce and tools such as Crossbeam and PartnerStack.
  • Strong written communication, and the ability to turn field learning into simple plays.

Nice to Have

  • Nonprofit or fundraising technology experience.
  • Direct experience moving a company up a platform partner tier.

You'll Thrive Here If You…

  • Would rather own one ecosystem completely than three partially.
  • Read an install count as an input, never as a result.
  • Build a play once and run it fifty times instead of negotiating fifty relationships.
  • Prune partners that will not produce, and say why out loud.
  • Treat tier movement as something you engineer, not something that happens to you.
  • Can hold an integration conversation with an engineer and a commercial one with a Finance lead in the same afternoon.
  • Log the work so the ecosystem is visible in reporting, because growth nobody can see does not get credited.
  • Want direction to come from you, with a director clearing blockers rather than assigning tasks.

Compensation

  • The compensation range for this role is $165,000 - $211,000 OTE
  • Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, alignment with the role's requirements and location.

  • Health, Dental, and Vision insurance covered at 100% for employees, 80% for employee plus dependents, and 70% for employees plus family.

  • 20 days of vacation, 5 sick days, 11 company holidays plus an additional 1 floating holiday.
  • 401(k) plan with company match.
  • 100% Company-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, basic life insurance and AD&D.
