- Engage face-to-face with guests staying at our resort properties to promote opportunities to meet with our concierge team.
- Educate guests about available services, pointing them to Marketing Desk locations, and sharing promotional material
- Serve as a point of contact for resort guests and visitors to receive information on how to participate in resort promotions.
- At least six months of customer service experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong professional verbal, interpersonal, guest relations, and etiquette skills in person
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
- Ability to work a full shift walking and standing with or without reasonable accommodation.
