Native-level German and strong phone communication skills, with resilience and coachability.
Comfort using a CRM and tracking sales activity and results.
Experience selling to small businesses, tradespeople, or owner-operators is helpful, as is experience at an early-stage startup.
Ready to progress to end-to-end sales ownership, including demos, contract handling, and closing, within the first few months.
