We’re rethinking homes for how people really live, and we’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Country Marketing team to help shape the future of living—one thoughtful detail at a time.

In this role, you will own and optimise end-to-end Paid Social campaigns to drive ROAS, revenue, and business growth, while leveraging platform solutions and delivering successful Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key external partners.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own performance marketing across key paid channels including Google, Meta, Pinterest, Bing and retargeting partners.
  • Manage and optimise marketing budgets across Castlery's markets to drive efficient customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Monitor channel performance, identify opportunities, and implement initiatives to improve key business metrics and ROI.
  • Analyse campaign and market data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Creative, Brand, Campaigns, Category and Demand Planning to deliver business outcomes.
  • Lead testing and experimentation initiatives across audiences, creatives, landing pages and channel strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with platform partners and stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.
  • Support and mentor junior team members where required.

What you need to succeed:

  • 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing or Paid Media.
  • Proven experience managing meaningful budgets and delivering measurable business results.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker Studio.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Curious, proactive and continuously looking for ways to improve performance.
