From the employer

Join us in shaping the future of mobility! At Webfleet, we develop solutions that help fleets navigate an increasingly complex regulatory landscape while improving efficiency, reducing risk, and lowering operating costs.

We are looking for a B2B Product Marketer to drive the go-to-market strategy, positioning and commercial success of our Compliance and Sustainability solutions portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on operational level, and who is naturally curious, analytical, and passionate about understanding how regulatory and industry developments impact fleet operators.

Working closely with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and regional teams, you will identify market opportunities, translate complex regulations and compliance solutions into compelling customer value propositions, and bring innovative solutions to market. Success in this role requires strong product marketing expertise, combined with the ability to critically evaluate evolving legislation, understand customer needs, and recognise where market and regulatory developments create opportunities to deliver customer value and drive business growth.

Here is a little taste of the ‘’How-to-sell’’ challenge:

  • Monitor and analyse fleet-related regulations, legislation, and industry developments to identify emerging customer needs, market opportunities, and potential product requirements.

  • Act as the voice of the market by combining regulatory insights, customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and industry trends to influence product and proposition strategy and messaging.

  • Translate complex regulatory requirements and compliance challenges into compelling value propositions, messaging frameworks, customer benefits, and sales narratives.

  • Partner closely with Product Managers, Value Stream Leads, legal experts, regional teams, and commercial stakeholders to align strategy and maximise customer adoption and business impact.

  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new products, features, and regulatory-driven initiatives, ensuring impactful launches and effective sales enablement.

  • Manage cross-functional marketing initiatives and asset development projects, ensuring alignment, quality, and on-time delivery.

Who are you:

  • University or graduate degree with 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally in telematics, fleet management, mobility, SaaS, or other regulated industries. Exposure to fleet compliance, transport regulations, fleet safety, or sustainability solutions is highly desirable.

  • Strong analytical and research skills, with a genuine interest in monitoring and assessing legislation, regulatory developments, and industry trends to identify customer challenges, commercial opportunities, and business impact.

  • Ability to translate complex regulatory developments and compliance solutions into compelling customer value propositions and go-to-market strategies, while identifying opportunities to strengthen existing offerings as customer needs and regulations evolve.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align teams across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and regional organisations.

  • Proactive, results-oriented self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, combines intellectual curiosity with entrepreneurial thinking, and is passionate about the evolving fleet compliance landscape.

  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate go-to-market activities such as market research, content development, competitive analysis, combined with the ability to critically assess and refine outputs.

  • Full professional fluency in English with excellent written communication and copywriting skills. AI tools can support but we want you to own the persuasive customer-focused messaging and quality.

Let’s not forget the good stuff!

  • Working from home up to 3 days a week,

  • 500 euros gross to set up your home office and additional monthly home office allowance,

  • Chance to work abroad for 40 working days per year,

  • Birthday off and volunteering time off,

  • Additional health and dental insurance,

  • 100% employer funded pension scheme,

  • Lunch, childcare or transportation vouchers,

  • Unlimited access to LinkedIn Learning,

  • Access to Gofluent platform to learn new languages,

  • Free access to CALM (top mental health app),

  • Employee Assistance Program,

  • Discount on Bridgestone tyres.
