- Develop and implement company-wide and group-wide internal communication strategies that support corporate objectives, business priorities, and organizational values.
- Partner closely with senior leadership to develop and deliver clear, consistent, and impactful messages regarding corporate strategy, business performance, organizational priorities, and key initiatives.
- Strengthen employee engagement and alignment by creating communication programs and campaigns that foster understanding of company goals, enhance employee experience, and encourage two-way communication.
- Lead communication planning and execution for major organizational changes, transformation initiatives, restructuring programs, and business integration projects to drive awareness, understanding, and adoption.
- Drive internal branding and culture communication initiatives that reinforce the organization's vision, mission, values, and desired behaviors while promoting a strong and cohesive corporate culture.
- Develop and oversee internal communication content, including CEO messages, leadership communications, company news, newsletters, internal magazine, videos, presentations, digital content, and employee engagement campaigns.
- Manage editorial planning, maintain communication calendars, and establish content governance and quality standards to ensure consistency and effectiveness of all internal communications.
- Coordinate and manage company-wide and group-wide announcements, including organizational updates, strategic initiatives, leadership changes, business achievements, and other important communications.
- Ensure consistency of messaging across communication channels and business units while maintaining alignment with corporate identity and communication guidelines.
- Monitor communication effectiveness through feedback mechanisms, employee surveys, and analytics, and continuously improve communication strategies and channels.
