As part of our European Communications team, you will help shape how employees connect, communicate, and engage across Provident Europe. Working closely with regional and local teams, you will deliver engaging content, support key communication initiatives and events, and help foster a connected and informed workplace culture.
Key responsibilities:
Support the planning and execution of internal communication campaigns and activities across Europe.
Create, edit, and publish engaging content in English, including articles, newsletters, announcements, presentations, and intranet materials.
Coordinate communication between regional and local teams, ensuring consistent and effective messaging.
Manage and optimize internal communication channels and tools, including SharePoint intranet, email communications, and Teams Town Hall events.
Support the organization of employee events, webinars, Town Halls, and annual conferences.
Develop basic multimedia content such as presentations, graphics, and videos.
Monitor communication effectiveness, employee engagement, and feedback, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay up to date with internal communications trends and recommend innovative solutions and best practices.
What we are looking for:
English language proficiency at B2/C1 level (written and spoken), enabling the creation, editing, and delivery of engaging communication content.
Minimum 2 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, marketing, employee engagement, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint, Teams Town Hall, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different employee audiences.
Experience coordinating communication activities and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple countries and functions.
Ability to create basic communication materials, such as presentations, graphics, and multimedia content.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.
Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented approach, with a genuine interest in employee engagement and internal communication trends.
