We're looking for an experienced communications professional to partner closely with our Information Security and Cyber Security teams. A role you will love
This is a strategic and hands-on role where you'll take ownership of communications from concept through to delivery. Working closely with our Information Security and Cyber Security teams, you'll help bring complex business priorities to life for employees across the organisation. You'll uncover the stories behind technical initiatives, create engaging content and deliver communications that drive awareness, understanding and action. This is a highly visible role that offers the opportunity to influence key stakeholders, shape communication approaches and make a meaningful impact across a global business.
You'll be involved in:
- Developing communication plans that align with business objectives and employee needs
- Creating engaging content across multiple channels, including news articles, presentations and SharePoint
- Supporting internal campaigns that increase awareness and understanding of key security topics
- Managing virtual and in-person events, including town halls and employee engagement activities
- Advising stakeholders on communication approaches, messaging and channel selection
- Monitoring communication effectiveness and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
This role offers exposure to a broad range of business areas and the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across the UK, US and Australia, while working as part of an experienced and supportive global communications team.

You'll bring:
- Experience in Internal Communications, Corporate Communications or a similar role
- Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills
- The ability to make complex or technical subject matter accessible and engaging for diverse audiences
- Experience developing and delivering communications across a range of channels and campaigns
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
It would be great if you also have experience working in financial services, technology, engineering, information security, cyber security or another complex industry, and are comfortable working with senior leaders and global stakeholders.
Most importantly, you'll be curious, collaborative and creative, with a passion for uncovering stories and bringing them to life in a way that engages and informs employees.
