Compensation: $60,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (On-Target Earnings: $85,000)
The Opportunity
We’re looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to help introduce Agency’s products and services to fast-growing technology companies.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience who wants to build a long-term career selling professional services to founders, CTOs, CISOs, compliance leaders, and executive teams.
You’ll work directly with experienced Account Executives, learning how enterprise organizations evaluate audit firms, purchase SOC 2 engagements, and build long-term compliance programs.
High-performing SDRs will have a defined path toward becoming an Account Executive.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect outbound through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Schedule and conduct initial discovery meetings
- Research prospective clients and identify decision-makers
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales leadership
- Learn cybersecurity, compliance, and audit concepts to effectively communicate with prospects
- Consistently achieve and exceed activity and meeting goals
- Close small startup and partner deals on your own
- Work on inside sales and renewals
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of SDR, BDR, or inside sales experience
- Experience selling B2B products or professional services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling rejection
- Strong curiosity and willingness to learn technical concepts
- Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo, Salesloft, or similar sales tools is a plus

Compensation
- Base Salary: $60,000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $85,000
- Uncapped commission plan
