Main Tasks

  • Provide sales support in assigned regions to achieve budge for business unit (order, sales and GP).
  • Develop, recommend and transfer best practice of selling strategy and approach, especially for priority product/s.
  • Provide training to sales team (CZ and dealer) through content development and course delivery (including on-the-job training), especially in sales aspect.
  • Work with product and sales management to develop regional luminary and reference site in assigned regions.
  • Collect and report market information on competition activities, customer response, and technique trend in assigned regions.
  • Participate in developing and executing marketing strategy, product positioning, and promotion program.
  • Assist in developing sales aids, and organizing product demo,
  • Perform any other duties/responsibilities as may be assigned by the direct supervisor and/or as may be required by operations.

Requirements

Education

  • University degree or above.

Experience

  • Sales channel background with Minimum 2 years sales experience, ophthalmology preferred

  • Flexibility and willingness to extensive travel
  • Depth in at least one technology area and knowledge of related technologies. Requires strong interpersonal skills, good written and verbal communication necessary to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external customers.
  • Considerable knowledge of English
