What You'll Do: Protect The Brand
- Own any XERO problem that shows up online until it's fixed, publicly and internally. You don't hand it off. You see it through
- Check Reddit, industry Facebook groups, and forums daily for XERO talk, so we're proactive, not reactive
- Watch for anything that affects how people see XERO, and respond to it
- Be the hub between production, sales, and customer service so information flows through you
- Bring quality issues to production fast and clearly
- Keep asking until you get the answer, and build regular check-ins with the people closest to XERO operations so issues get solved before they go public
- Track competitors and how XERO stacks up

What You'll Do: Grow The Brand
- Reply to comments and messages across XERO's channels. Every interaction is a chance to build loyalty
- Treat every post as an experiment: test formats, hooks, lengths, and topics, then do more of what works. What wins on TikTok may flop on Facebook
- Bring the video team ideas backed by data and community insight
- Find XERO fans, power users, and creators, and turn them into content we can share
- Send a weekly report: what worked, what didn't, and what we're changing
- Plan topics, research trends, and own the XERO content calendar
- Handle the everyday stuff: reviews, customer questions, promos, and giveaways
