Who this fits

This role suits a senior marketer with creator, influencer, or talent-industry relationships and hands-on partnership experience. You will work from the Beverly Hills office four days each week. The job involves client-facing coordination across internal teams and external talent stakeholders.

From the employer

WME Group is seeking a Creator & Partnerships Lead to join the Entertainment Marketing & Advisory (EM&A) team. This individual will play a key role in executing creator and talent partnerships and strategy on behalf of major brand clients. The ideal candidate combines marketing experience with strong relationships throughout the creator, influencer and talent industry.

The Role and What You'll Do:

This role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple client priorities, and has strong experience in negotiating, contracting and overseeing partnerships in the digital, talent and entertainment spaces.

  • Manage day-to-day brand client relationships, providing guidance, executing strategic recommendations, and ensuring client objectives are met across multiple workstreams

  • Oversee execution and management of creator / influencer and talent partnerships, from strategy and vetting to procurement, terms review, relationship management, on-site execution, and asset approvals.

  • Lead in the planning and execution of customized talent and digital programs that meet client objectives.

  • Ensure creator strategies, partnership deals and talent deliverables are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with brand goals

  • Build and maintain working relationships with talent representatives, managers, publicists, and other industry partners.

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams (creative, strategy, business affairs, experiential, and comms) to implement integrated partnership strategies within broader brand marketing efforts and secure approvals for timely delivery

  • Contribute to EM&A growth by identifying new opportunities, sharing upstream insights, and supporting business development efforts, including pitch ideation, research, and proposal development

  • Act as a liaison between clients and external stakeholders — including talent, directors, producers, platforms, and agency partners — leveraging relationships to advance client objectives

  • Collaborate with colleagues across WME Group to share insights, identify upstream opportunities, and support the development of new partnership initiatives

You Have These:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., film/TV production, marketing, communications, media studies)

  • Minimum of six years’ experience in Creator/Digital/Talent marketing. Experience directly with brands is a plus.

  • Proven ability to manage partnerships and deliver multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

  • Firm understanding of talent contracts and digital platforms, as well as evolving trends and culture

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing competing priorities

  • Proactive, entrepreneurial, and dependable team player with a solutions-oriented mindset

  • Ability to maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality at all times
