What you'll do
- Plan and tune campaigns for the division’s four brands, tracking cost per lead, conversion and lead quality
- Grow the brands’ organic LinkedIn and Meta presence through editorial planning and content creation
- Build lead-generation activity across the customer journey and improve email and newsletter programs
- Update website pages and landing pages in Pimcore, and coordinate internal and external designers
- Track marketing results, make changes based on the data, and help prepare and follow up on international trade fairs
What you bring
- You have completed training or education focused on marketing, communications or media
- You bring digital, content or performance marketing experience, ideally in technical B2B or an agency
- You communicate very well in written and spoken German and English
- You have used social media, content management systems and digital marketing tools

In der Division Solutions verantworten Sie die digitale Präsenz unserer internationalen Marken und entwickeln sie eigenständig weiter.
Als Digital Marketing Specialist
- …verantworten Sie die digitalen Kampagnen für die 4 Marken der Division – von der Konzeption über die Umsetzung bis zur laufenden Optimierung entlang von CPL, Conversion Rate und Lead-Qualität.
- … bauen Sie den organischen Auftritt der Marken auf LinkedIn und Meta aus, von der Redaktionsplanung bis zur Content-Produktion
- …entwickeln und betreuen Sie Lead-Generierungsmaßnahmen entlang der Customer Journey.
- …pflegen und optimieren Sie Website-Inhalte sowie Landingpages in Pimcore.
- …entwickeln Sie unsere E-Mail- und Newsletter-Strecken (Brevo) strategisch weiter.
- …koordinieren Sie interne sowie externe Grafikpartner.
- …unterstützen Sie die Vor- und Nachbereitung von internationalen Fachmessen.
- …monitoren Sie relevante Marketingkennzahlen und leiten Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab.
PROFIL
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Marketing, Kommunikation oder Medien
- Berufserfahrung im Digital-, Content- oder Performance-Marketing, idealerweise im technischen B2B-Umfeld oder Agentur
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Erfahrung mit Social Media, Content-Management-Systemen und digitalen Marketingtools
- Gespür für zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation und überzeugende Inhalte
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
