Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced, open-minded, and agile Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the growth and visibility of our brands, with a primary focus on Electrolux (80%) and AEG (20%).

Your main objective will be to strengthen the market position of Electrolux Group brands by delivering a best-in-class consumer experience throughout the entire customer journey and across all relevant digital touchpoints.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Finance teams across the Baltic countries, as well as with external agencies and partners. Based on brand strategies, you will develop and execute annual marketing plans that drive business growth and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and design marketing and communication materials, including presentations, newsletters, brochures, research papers, and event support materials.
  • Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including online advertising, websites, social media, and mobile platforms.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Communications, PR, Events, Retail, and Product Marketing teams to ensure aligned and effective marketing activities.
  • Manage and optimize digital touchpoints, including Electrolux and AEG websites, social media channels, landing pages, and mobile platforms.
  • Coordinate relationships with digital agencies and oversee day-to-day campaign execution, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on website performance, campaign effectiveness, and key digital marketing metrics.
  • Manage SEO initiatives and paid search campaigns, including Google Ads.
  • Prepare and present marketing insights, recommendations, and campaign results to management.
  • Develop and coordinate multimedia content and digital marketing assets.
  • Support the implementation of annual marketing plans in line with brand and business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience within a creative or digital agency environment will be considered an advantage.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, channels, and content production.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering successful and innovative digital campaigns.
  • Experience creating and managing a variety of digital assets, including online advertisements, microsites, and social media content.
  • Hands-on experience managing social media campaigns and a solid understanding of social media marketing best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of web analytics, digital performance metrics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to generate, analyse, and interpret data to optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and one of Baltic languages native.
  • Experience working with consumer brands and delivering campaigns for mainstream products and services.
  • Strong interest in AI
