Webnode is part of team.blue's Marketing Centre of Excellence model. The Brand Manager will work closely with central specialists across Paid Media, SEO, Affiliate, CRO, Lifecycle, Analytics and Marketing Operations. These teams support Webnode with specialist execution, channel strategy, reporting and best-practice sharing across the wider group.
The Brand Manager will be the main marketing owner for Webnode. They will translate business priorities into clear briefs and priorities for both the local Webnode team and central CoE specialists. They will make sure Paid Media, SEO, Affiliate, Content, Lifecycle, CRO and Analytics activities are aligned around one shared brand and commercial plan.
We're looking for experienced marketing leader who can take real ownership of a brand, lead a great local team and bring commercial outcomes. Strategy & Budget Ownership
Define and execute Webnode's marketing strategy aligned with commercial, acquisition, and revenue targets.
Manage the brand's marketing budget, tracking spend and overall ROI.
Maintain brand governance, ensuring consistency in tone, visual identity, and positioning.
Campaign, Content & Social Media
Plan and optimize market-specific campaigns (promotions, product launches, seasonal activities).
Oversee content creation and local social media channels, including community management and local activations.
Manage local events, partnerships, and advocacy initiatives where relevant.
Retention & Lifecycle Marketing
Drive retention initiatives to improve customer loyalty, satisfaction, and Lifetime Value (LTV).
Collaborate with Customer Experience (CX) teams to optimize the post-sale customer journey and unlock cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
Team Leadership & CoE Collaboration
Act as the key connector between Webnode's local teams and the team.blue Marketing CoE.
Ensure CoE work is connected to Webnode's commercial goals.
Balance local brand ownership with centralized specialist support.
Build strong relationships with CoE channel leads and specialists.
Manage and develop direct reports, providing clear direction and professional growth support.
Brief and collaborate with centralized CoE teams (Paid Media, SEO, Lifecycle) to scale local marketing efforts.
Performance & Reporting
Track and report performance metrics (acquisition, conversion, retention) regularly to the Commercial Director.
Use data and CoE insights to continuously iterate and improve marketing outcomes.
What do we expect from you
Acquisition, revenue, and LTV targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Brand marketing is visible, consistent, and commercially effective across all channels.
Campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and clearly tied to business outcomes.
Who We Are Looking For
Experience: 7–10 years in marketing with a background in SaaS, tech, or subscription products.
Skills: Full-funnel marketing capability (paid, content, lifecycle) with proven ownership of revenue targets.
Mindset: Commercially driven, data-literate, and an autonomous people leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Language: Fluent in English (official company language). Additional languages are a plus.
