About Wynn Al Marjan Island:
Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. About the Position:
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Host / Hostess – Gaming Marketing to join the resort’s Gaming Marketing team.
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
Assist the Executive Host in managing relationships with assigned domestic guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
Coordinate guest reservations for accommodation, dining, entertainment, transportation, and special amenities.
Support the execution of domestic marketing promotions, loyalty programs, and exclusive events.
Maintain accurate guest records, preferences, and service requests in CRM and related systems.
Provide frontline support to guests, handling inquiries and requests with professionalism and discretion.
Collaborate with Gaming Marketing, VIP Services, and other resort departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
Monitor guest activity and provide updates to the Executive Host to support player development strategies.
Uphold Wynn Resorts’ service standards, data privacy requirements, and UAE regulatory compliance.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in hospitality, luxury service, or guest relations, ideally within the UAE market.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM or hospitality systems is an advantage.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other regional languages is highly valued.
Professional, polished demeanor with a passion for luxury service and guest satisfaction.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by guests and business needs.
