Role brief

growthroles summary, based on the employer's posting.

What you'll do

  • Set project owners, priorities, dates and capacity across the active creative pipeline
  • Keep vendors and creators on schedule, then run reviews and quality checks on their work
  • Prepare approved files and exports for launch, and pass the finished creatives to Growth
  • Bring performance feedback back into production and automate repetitive coordination tasks

What you bring

  • You have managed creative operations, production or traffic for a high-output in-house or agency team
  • You have worked with designers, editors, creators or agencies from the initial brief through final delivery
  • You understand asset formats, exports and version control well enough to spot delivery blockers early
  • You already use AI and automation to streamline repetitive work, and can show a workflow you built

Who this fits

This is a hands-on manager role for someone who can coordinate a continuous, high-volume creative pipeline while building its operating systems. The role is based onsite in Warsaw, and you report to the Head of Creative.

From the employer

About Viktor

Viktor is the AI employee that lives in Slack and Microsoft Teams, connects to thousands of tools, and does the work: reports, dashboards, code, campaigns. Our mission is to give every company an AI employee.

The team is small. The scope is not.

The Short Version

You run the operating layer of Viktor's creative production, from brief to live asset: priorities, deadlines, vendors, reviews, QA and launch handoffs. You report to Kamil Goliszewski, our Head of Creative.

What's Actually Going On Here

Creative production for paid growth is scaling toward 100+ creatives a week, and processes are still catching up. It spans internal designers and editors, vendors, UGC creators and launches, with files scattered across Slack, Figma, Frame.io and Google Drive.

Priorities shift, and not every brief arrives complete. With no creative ops team yet, you coordinate hands-on while building the systems that reduce it. Creative strategy stays with the Head of Creative, media buying with Growth.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Set priorities, owners and deadlines for every active project, and allocate capacity.

  • Keep vendors and creators delivering on time.

  • Run reviews and QA, and get files and exports launch-ready.

  • Hand approved creatives to Growth and feed performance back into production.

  • Replace repetitive coordination with AI and automation.

How You'll Know It's Working

  • Within a week, you know where every project stands without asking twice.

  • By day 30, every project has an owner and a date, and nobody asks where the files are.

  • By day 90, production runs without the Head of Creative chasing it, and approved creatives reach Growth with a reliable feedback loop.

  • At least 100 new creatives ship every week, coordinated by you.

Who You Are

  • You've run creative operations, production or traffic for a high-output creative team, in-house or agency.

  • You can show it in numbers: assets delivered weekly, contributors coordinated, improvements you introduced.

  • You've worked directly with designers, video editors, creators or agencies, from brief to final delivery.

  • You know formats, exports and version control well enough to catch blockers early, without being a designer or editor.

  • You already use AI and automation to fix repetitive work. No coding needed.

Probably Not a Fit If

  • You've run big campaigns on fixed timelines, never a continuous pipeline with weekly launches.

  • Your work was updating plans and tickets more than clearing blockers.

  • You use AI tools but can't show a workflow you built.

Even Better If

  • You've run high-volume paid social creative, ideally on Meta.

  • You've built processes at a startup while it scaled.

Why This Role Is Different

Viktor already automates parts of this workflow, and you'll shape what it automates next. As Creative grows, you can build and lead creative operations.

How we work

Small team, high trust, low process. Decisions are made by owners, not committees. You will ship your first week. You will talk to users your first day.

We don't do alignment meetings or stakeholder syncs. We build things, see if they work, and iterate.

Why Viktor

We're one of the fastest-growing companies in the world. The product works. The market is pulling.

This is a rare window: everyone here owns something real. Not a task. A surface of the company that customers depend on.

That doesn't last forever. Right now, it's still true.

Compensation

Top-of-the-market salary and the kind of ownership that only exists at this stage.

The best work happens when you're in the room. Munich, New York, Dublin, and Warsaw. Remote for some roles.
